At Tenable Knives, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our blades and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your knife in its original display box and protective sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the blade for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
